90s kids will remember this face! Former child star Vanessa Baden may be remembered from her work in two very popular Nickelodeon shows from the 1990s. She is best known for her role as Kyra Rockmore in the hit Nickelodeon show Kenan and Kel and in the Nick Jr. series Gullah Gullah Island.

Vanessa got her start in the industry at the young age of four doing print ads before going on to act in movies and television. Aside from her work with Nickelodeon, she had a principal role in the John Singleton film Rosewood.

Now 27-years-old, Vanessa is a graduate of Florida State University and Co-President of her own production company Hometeam Entertainment, LLC. The company teamed up with AllHipHop.com earlier this year to release a web-based comedy series entitled FAIL. The series caters to teens and young adults and explores the ups and downs of college life.

Vanessa has been also devoting much of her time to helping different organizations and filming the 2014 movie The Magic City with Keith David, Jenifer Lewis and Jamie Hector. She was recently featured on a webisode of Thee New Chic, a new online platform catering to college students, to talk about her past and future in the entertainment industry and more. Check out the video interview below.

FAIL can be viewed at www.failshow.com. The show just released a mixtape called Fail Mixtape: Volume 1 which features music from Jacob Latimore, Diggy Simmons, Khleo Thomas and more.
